This book is the 6th book in a series of Vovinam-Viet Vo Dao Technical Documentation, based on the international training program. Its objectives are to support and strengthen technical standardization across the global, and preserve the authenticity and quality of the training program of Vovinam-VVD.
Quyen is an integration of techniques that simulate an imaginary fighting scenario against one or more opponents, with the aim of achieving not only excellence in the basic techniques (punches, kicks, blocks, positions, etc.), orientation in space, and movement, but also seek to control your breathing and energy in order to achieve total self-control.
