The three basic Quyen of Vovinam-Viet Vo Dao
Quyen (拳) : Quyen is an integration of techniques that simulate an imaginary fighting scenario against one or more opponents, with the aim of achieving not only excellence in the basic techniques, but also seek to control your breathing and energy in order to achieve total self-control.
The Khai Mon Quyen (the Initiation gate form), the Thap Tu Quyen (the ten Sacred Letters form) and the Long Ho Quyen (the Dragon and the Tiger form), are Quyen who constitute the teaching of the primary level of Vovinam-Viet Vo Dao.
